Pest Control Technician – Hampshire/Dorset
Full time, Permanent, Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week (Flexible)
£25,000 – £30k per year (depending on experience) + Commission

Our key clients being local authorities, property management companies, estate agents, the environment agency, key housing associations, commercial and domestic work.
About this Pest Control Technician role:
The ideal Pest Control Technician will be able to:
- Inspect client’s premises thoroughly for any signs of pests
- Carry out measures as required to eliminate the pests
- Identify sales leads where possible
- Build rapport with and communicate with clients regarding the pest eradication and prevention process
- Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships
The ideal Pest Control Technician will need:
- · A full clean UK manual driving license
- BPCA Level 2 (or equivalent)
- Proven reliable work experience with great references
- The ability to work independently to achieve set targets
- Competent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to manage, maintain and build upon client relationships

We are seeking a motivated and reliable experienced hard landscape assistant with experience in all aspects of landscaping. This physically demanding role involves working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key tasks:
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials
- Preparing grounds with hand and mechanical tools
- Assisting with fencing, paving, decking, turfing, and garden building
Requirements:
- 1+ years’ experience in hard and soft landscaping
- Basic plant knowledge
- Full UK driving license

About this Soft Landscape Assistant role:
The Soft Landscape Assistant must have some experience in all aspects of soft landscaping, will have an eye for detail, good people skills, basic horticultural knowledge and must be well organised. The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. This is a physically demanding role and candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. Some of the key tasks of the Soft Landscape Assistant will be:
- Tree and shrub planting
- Bark mulching
- Grass seeding
- Turfing

- 1 + years experience of soft landscaping
- Horticulture experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Full UK driver’s license for driving duties
