    About this Landscape Team Leader role:

    We are looking for an experienced Landscape Team Leader to join our team in Fair Oak. As a Landscape Team Leader, you will be working within a team and be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.

    You will have previous experience in hard and soft experience along with the proven ability to lead within a team. Ideally some experience in the following: decking, paving, turfing and fencing. You will take pride in your role and enjoy leading in a team environment.

    The ideal Landscape Team Leader will be able to:

    • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of hard and soft landscaping and health and safety standards.

    • Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to, and risk assessments are carried out

    • Manage a site & lead a team.

    The ideal Landscape Team Leader will need:

    • 2+ years of experience in hard and soft landscaping.
    • Ideally some previous experience in paving, decking, turfing & fencing.
    • A full UK driving licence is essential.

    • Proven ability to lead a team.

    About this Grounds Maintenance Operative role:

    We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in Fair Oak. As a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will have at least a years’ experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance, ride on mowers, grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming. Ideally be able to pitch mark sports pitches. You will need to be happy to work alone and within a team.

    The ideal Grounds Maintenance Operative will be able to:

    • Deal with all aspects of grounds maintenance

    • Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to, and risk assessments are carried out.

    • Ensure routine checks on machinery are carried out and equipment monitored.

    • Work well within a team and be willing to take direction.

    Ideally the Grounds Maintenance Operative will need:

    • 1+ years of experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance
    • Experience of ride on mowers
    • PA1 & PA6 (preferable)
    • A full UK driving licence.

    About this Arborist Climber role:

    We are looking for an experienced Arborist Climber to join our team in Hampshire. As an Arborist Climber you will be working within a small tree cutting team and be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.

    You will have previous climbing experience along with the proven ability to work well within a team. You will take pride in your role and enjoy working as part of a team.

    The ideal Arborist Climber will be able to:

    • Demonstrate an excellent knowledge of tree-cutting equipment, processes, techniques and health and safety standards.

    • Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to and risk assessments are carried out

    • Work well within a team and willing to take direction.

    The ideal Arborist Climber will need:

    • 2 years’ arboriculture experience

    • CS30,31 38 & 39 essential. CS40/41 preferable (or NPTC equivalent)

    • Basic arboriculture academic qualification or proof of work-based skills

    • A full UK driving licence (towing license ideally)
