Full time, Permanent, Monday – Friday 07.30-16.30
£23,800-£25,000 per year (depending on experience), 28 days holiday (inc Bank holidays), Company Pension Scheme, and excellent benefits

About this Arborist Groundsman role:
We are looking for an experienced Arborist Groundsman to join our team in Dorset. As an Arborist Groundsman you will be working within a small tree cutting team and be responsible for ensuring that work is carried out safely and efficiently.
You will have previous experience along with the proven ability to work well within a team. You will take pride in your role and enjoy working as part of a team. In return, we offer excellent benefits and high-quality training opportunities and the chance to progress your career within the company.
The ideal Arborist Groundsman will be able to:
- Demonstrate excellent knowledge of tree-cutting equipment, processes, techniques and health and safety standards
- Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to and risk assessments are carried out
- Work well within a team and willing to take direction
The ideal Arborist Groundsman will need:
- 2 years’ arboriculture experience
- CS30,31 & 38 essential (or equivalent)
- CS 39, 40 and 41 (or equivalent) desirable but not essential
- Basic arboriculture academic qualification or proof of work-based skills
- A full UK driving licence

Salary: £24,000 to £26,000 per year (depending on experience)

About this Grounds Maintenance Team Leader role:
We are looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team in Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, Hampshire. As a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will have at least a years’ experience in all aspects of grounds maintenance, ride on mowers, grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming. Ideally be able to pitch mark sports pitches. You will need to be happy to work alone within a team and lead a team.

The ideal Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will be able to:
- Deal with all aspects of grounds maintenance

Ideally the Grounds Maintenance Team Leader will need:
- 1+ years of experience in all aspects of commercial grounds maintenance
- Experience of ride on mowers
- PA1 & PA6
- Horticultural experience
- A full UK driving licence.

The ability to work as part of a team is essential as is self-motivation, enthusiasm, and reliability. This is a physically demanding role and candidates must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. - Tree and shrub planting
- Bark mulching

- Horticulture experience
- Mechanical knowledge
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
- Full UK driver’s license for driving duties
